I’ve been neglecting my blog for a week, I’ve been very busy with other things though. These are some sketches of faces and characters, possibly from my cloud project. I will aim to post drawings daily again from now.

#39 Climb.
Part of my Cloud Project. Just a quick sketch of the main character. He appears here with the whites of his eyes visible, usually he just has elongated dots for eyes. I was unsure of whether or not he should always have his eye whites visible but I’m fairly certain now he shouldn’t , I’ve got a reason for it too.

This is awfully rough. This is a bit of early concept art for a personal project I’m working on right now. I’d love to spend more time making this into something better, and I will, the purpose of my drawing a day is to document my drawing process.

Drawing a day. -Drawing whenever I feel like it…
..No, I’ve pulled my socks up again now, like “drawing a day” suggests I will be posting daily. I had a little holiday but I’m back now and I’ve got some things I want to start work on.
#29 Angel Eyes.
I’ve been severely neglecting my drawing a day recently, I’ve decided that instead of posting for all the days I missed I will just start again now and try to be more consistent. The Idea of me doing a drawing a day is to document the drawings I do which I wouldn’t normally share and improve the frequency of my blog posts, It’s supposed to be digital version of my sketchbook. One reason I haven’t been drawing as much is that I ran out of 2B pencils (my preferred drawing pencil), I’ve purchased some HBs to keep me going but single graded pencils are a rare thing in Southport.
